Account Registration

Eligibility and Legal Use

  • Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use Bet Storm on bedstormi.com if you are at least 18 years old. The Operator enforces a strict 18+ policy and mandatory age verification in accordance with UKGC Rules and British law. Attempting to register or gamble while under 18 is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: The Website is primarily targeted at residents of the United Kingdom. Players from certain jurisdictions (including, without limitation, the USA, Australia and various restricted EU countries) are not permitted to open an Account or place bets. The list of restricted territories may change and is published on the Website from time to time. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your country of residence.
  • One account per person: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Website. Multiple registrations, use of aliases, or impersonation of others are prohibited.

Registration Process and KYC

  • Registration information: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other requested details). You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.
  • Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address, telephone number (if provided), or other contact details. Your Account may remain restricted until such verification is completed.
  • Mandatory identity verification: Before you can deposit, place bets, or access any free-to-play or promotional features, the Operator will carry out KYC checks to confirm your identity and age. This may require you to upload or otherwise provide acceptable documents, such as a passport, national ID, driving licence, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.
  • Affordability and source-of-funds: In line with UKGC requirements and anti-money-laundering/terrorist-financing laws, the Operator may request additional documents or information about your income and source of funds. If you do not provide satisfactory evidence, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and withhold deposits and/or winnings until the checks are satisfactorily completed.
  • Verification timeframe: The Operator aims to review KYC documentation within a reasonable time, usually within a few working days of receipt. However, processing times may vary and your Account will remain limited until the verification process is complete.

Player Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy and updates: You must keep your registration details accurate and promptly update them if they change. The Operator may request evidence to confirm updated details.
  • Username and password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party or allow any other person to use your Account.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or used fraudulently, you must notify the Operator immediately and change your password. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating.
  • Inactive and dormant accounts: If your Account remains inactive for a period defined on the Website (for example, 12 consecutive months), it may be deemed dormant. Fees, closure, or transfer of dormant funds may apply as described in the current Dormant Account Policy, subject to UK consumer protection rules.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Participation

  • Real money and currency: All betting on Bet Storm for UK players is conducted in GBP (£), unless the Website explicitly offers additional currency options. You may participate only if you have sufficient Real Money Balance and/or eligible Bonus Balance, according to the relevant bonus rules.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or betting market has defined minimum and maximum stakes, which may vary by product, event, or player status. These limits are displayed within the relevant Game or market description or otherwise communicated on the Website.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted only once it has been processed and recorded on the Operator's servers. The on-screen "bet accepted" (or equivalent) confirmation and/or a confirmation in your betting history will serve as evidence of such acceptance.
  • Game rules: Each Game has its own specific rules, pay-tables, and special features made available within the Game interface or in an information section. By participating in any Game, you agree to the applicable Game rules in addition to these Terms.

Settlement, Cancellation and Errors

  • Settlement principles: Bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant event, as determined by the Operator using reliable data sources and, for casino games, certified random number generators ("RNGs") and live dealer studio feeds. Once an event outcome is determined, settlement is final, subject to manifest error or technical failure.
  • Player cancellation: After a Bet is accepted, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Any functionality allowing cash-out, partial cash-out, or bet edit is provided at the Operator's discretion and subject to the conditions displayed on the Website.
  • Operator cancellation and voiding: The Operator may void or adjust Bets (and, where appropriate, return stakes or adjust winnings) in situations including, but not limited to:
    • obvious or manifest pricing errors;
    • technical malfunctions affecting a Game, market or interface;
    • regulatory requirements, match-fixing, or integrity concerns; or
    • where the event result is subsequently amended or invalidated.
  • Disconnections and technical issues: If your session is interrupted (for example, due to internet or device failure) after a Bet is placed, the outcome of the Bet will be determined by the Game or event as normal and recorded on the Operator's systems. You can review the final outcome in your account history. The Operator is not responsible for your local network, hardware or software failures.

Conduct, Fair Play and Prohibited Behaviour

  • Fair gaming: The Operator uses recognised game providers and certified RNGs, and is subject to UKGC and (for non-UK activity) Malta Gaming Authority oversight. You agree not to seek unfair advantage, manipulate Games, or exploit bugs or errors.
  • Collusion and fraud: Collusion with other players, use of automated tools (bots), account sharing, chargebacks, money laundering, and use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure, voiding of Bets, and reporting to authorities.
  • Live casino and chat rules: Where live dealer tables or chat functions are provided, you must:
    • refrain from abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or threatening language;
    • not promote illegal activity, other websites, or third-party services;
    • not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others; and
    • respect the dealer and other players at all times.
    The Operator may mute, restrict, or remove chat access, and may suspend or close Accounts that breach these rules.
  • Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. The Website offers tools such as deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. As a UK player, you may also register with GamStop, the UK national online self-exclusion scheme, which the Operator is required to participate in.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, tournaments or other promotions for Bet Storm on bedstormi.com. Each promotion is governed by these Terms and by the specific terms outlined in the Bonus Policy (including, in particular, Clause 6 relating to wagering requirements) and the promotional materials.
  • Eligibility conditions: Bonuses may be restricted based on criteria such as jurisdiction, payment method, player risk profile, or prior bonus use. Certain payment methods may be excluded from triggering Bonuses as specified in the promotional terms.
  • Activation steps: To activate a Bonus you may need to:
    • opt in on the promotion page or in the cashier;
    • enter a bonus code during registration or deposit; and/or
    • make a qualifying deposit or place a qualifying Bet.
    Activation requirements and time limits are displayed with each promotion.

Wagering Requirements and Game Restrictions

  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, Bonuses and the winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The exact wagering multiple, contributing products, and maximum convertible amounts are defined in the Bonus Policy and the relevant promotional description.
  • Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, certain slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The applicable game weighting schedule is set out in the Bonus Policy.
  • Time limits: Bonuses generally have a limited validity period (for example, a set number of days from crediting) within which wagering requirements must be met. If the requirements are not met within the specified period, any remaining Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited.

Prohibited Bonus Practices and Combining Promotions

  • Irregular play: The Operator reserves the right to withhold or remove Bonuses and associated winnings, or to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse or irregular play. Examples include:
    • placing large bets that significantly exceed your usual staking pattern shortly after Bonus activation;
    • placing minimal-risk or zero-risk bets to progress wagering (e.g. betting on both outcomes of the same event);
    • colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; or
    • opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. If you activate a new Bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one, the existing Bonus may be forfeited, as explained in the Bonus Policy.
  • Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before you have satisfied the wagering requirements for a Bonus, the Operator may remove the Bonus and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal, subject to the terms of the Bonus Policy and UK consumer protection law.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Available payment methods: For UK players using Bet Storm on bedstormi.com, the Operator may make available deposit methods such as debit cards, select e-wallets (for example, PayPal or similar), Pay by Phone services, bank transfers, and, where permitted by law and by the Operator's policies, certain regulated digital wallet or crypto-related solutions. The exact methods available to you are shown in the cashier.
  • Credit card prohibition: In compliance with UK regulations, credit cards cannot be used for gambling transactions by UK customers, whether directly or via an e-wallet that draws from a credit card source.
  • Name matching and security: All payment methods you use must be in your own name. The Operator may request documentation to verify ownership of the payment method and may decline or reverse deposits if ownership cannot be verified.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are specified in the cashier. You may also set your own responsible gambling deposit limits via the Website tools.
  • Fees: The Operator may apply reasonable processing fees or pass on third-party charges for certain deposit methods, as detailed in the cashier or relevant policy pages. Any such fees will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Verification

  • Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance (and from any Bonus Balance that has become withdrawable) via the methods offered in the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to applicable rules and technical limitations.
  • KYC and AML checks: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may perform additional KYC, affordability and anti-money-laundering checks. You may be required to provide updated identification, proof of address, and/or source-of-funds evidence. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if these checks are not satisfactorily completed.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a few working days), although actual receipt of funds will depend on the payment provider and method used. Indicative processing times are communicated in the cashier.
  • Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction, per day, week, or month, as detailed in the cashier and subject to the Operator's internal risk and compliance policies. Additional limits may apply to winnings derived from Bonuses or jackpots, as set out in the Bonus Policy or specific jackpot rules.

Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals

  • Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or similar payment reversals without legitimate reason. Unauthorised chargebacks may lead to Account suspension, recovery of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities and credit agencies.
  • Refunds: Deposits will generally not be refunded, except in clear cases of error, technical malfunction, or where required by law. In determining whether to grant a refund, the Operator will consider whether the deposited funds have already been used for betting or Games.
  • Mistaken or void bets: If, due to technical failure or manifest error, a Bet is accepted or settled incorrectly, the Operator may void the Bet or adjust the settlement to what it should have been, and may reverse any resulting credits or debits to your Account.
  • Inactive balances: Balances in inactive or dormant Accounts may be subject to the procedures set out in the Dormant Account Policy, which may include fees or eventual remittance of unclaimed funds in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Responsibilities

  • Regulatory oversight: For UK players, the Operator provides the Website under UKGC remote licence number 39335 (status verified as of January 2025), with medium player fund protection (meaning player funds are held in a separate account from business funds, in accordance with UKGC categorisation). For non-UK activity under MGA licence MGA/B2C/231/2012, separate terms may apply.
  • Game integrity and fairness: The Operator aims to ensure that all Games and betting markets operate fairly and in accordance with applicable technical standards and certification requirements. Independent testing laboratories and game providers may be used to certify RNGs and outcomes.
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Website (such as odds, Game rules, and promotions) is accurate and up to date, errors and omissions may occur, and the Operator reserves the right to correct them.

Exclusions and Limits

  • Service interruptions and third-party failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
    • interruptions, delays, or failures of the Website due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external network problems;
    • hardware, software, or network failures on your side (including device incompatibility or internet outages); or
    • actions or omissions of third-party service providers, game studios, payment processors, or data providers.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Website, even if reasonably foreseeable.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of the Bet or wager relevant to the claim, or (b) the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, in each case limited to proven direct losses.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, interfaces, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, audio, and other materials, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors, or third-party suppliers.
  • Permitted use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for lawful participation in Games and betting services for your private entertainment. No other rights are granted to you.

Restrictions on Use

  • Copying and distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise use any part of the Website or its content except as strictly necessary for normal access and personal use in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • Trademarks: The Bet Storm marks, and any other trademarks or logos displayed on the Website, are registered or unregistered marks of the Operator or its licensors. You must not use any such marks without prior written permission.
  • Third-party content: Certain content (including Games, logos, and images) is provided by third parties. Any use of such content is subject to the terms of the relevant third-party rights holders and may be enforced directly by them.

Privacy & Data Protection

Collection and Use of Personal Data

  • Privacy Policy: The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available via the Website. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, legal bases, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.
  • Legal framework: For UK players, personal data is processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended from time to time, as well as applicable UKGC requirements relating to customer identity, affordability, and responsible gambling.
  • Data sharing: Your data may be shared with third-party providers (such as payment processors, game providers, KYC and AML service providers, and the ADR provider eCOGRA) where necessary to operate the Website, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Updating and Notifying Changes

  • Right to amend: The Operator may update or amend these Terms, the Bonus Policy, and other policies from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical or security requirements, or business needs.
  • Notification methods: Material changes will be communicated by one or more of the following methods:
    • posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "effective date";
    • displaying an on-site banner, pop-up, or similar notice upon your next login; and/or
    • sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
  • Acceptance of changes: By continuing to use the Website, place Bets, or keep an active Account after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Website and request closure of your Account, withdrawing any available Real Money Balance subject to these Terms.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and/or void or withhold Bets and winnings, where it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms, the Bonus Policy, or any Game rules;
    • you are under 18 or have otherwise failed age or identity verification;
    • you are self-excluded (including via GamStop) or otherwise at risk of gambling-related harm;
    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargebacks, or other illegal or improper conduct; or
    • required by law, regulatory direction, court order, or for other valid security or compliance reasons.
  • Temporary suspension: During investigation, your Account may be temporarily suspended, preventing deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity. The Operator will act proportionately and in line with UKGC consumer protection expectations.

Effect of Termination and Treatment of Funds

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Subject to any ongoing investigations or legal obligations, the Operator will pay out your available Real Money Balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonus Balance), in accordance with these Terms.
  • Balances on closed accounts: Where the Operator closes your Account for reasons other than serious breach or illegality, it will, subject to legal and regulatory requirements, pay out your available Real Money Balance. Where closure is due to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, self-exclusion, or other serious regulatory or legal issues, some or all funds may be withheld or dealt with as required by law, regulation, or regulator guidance.
  • Self-exclusion and safer gambling: If you request self-exclusion, or are identified as self-excluded via GamStop, your Account will be closed or suspended in line with the applicable self-exclusion period, and you must not attempt to re-open the Account or open a new one until the period has expired.

  • Internal complaints process: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support through the channels listed on the Website. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and aims to resolve it promptly and fairly, generally within the timeframes specified in its Complaints Policy.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If your complaint relates to gambling transactions and remains unresolved after completion of the internal process, you may escalate it to the approved ADR provider eCOGRA, in accordance with UKGC requirements and the instructions provided on the Website. eCOGRA's decision is normally binding on the Operator but not necessarily on you.
  • Court proceedings: Subject to the ADR process and your right to refer matters to the UK Gambling Commission where relevant, you and the Operator agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website, without affecting any statutory right you may have to bring proceedings in another competent court.
